Yes — migrations are planned to run outside working hours. Most teams sign in on Monday morning with mail, files and Teams exactly where they expect them.
Is our Microsoft 365 data backed up?
Not by Microsoft — retention isn't backup. We add independent nightly backups for mailboxes, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams, so your data is protected even if something is deleted or encrypted.
Do we have to buy licences through you?
No, but it usually saves money. We review your licence mix regularly and right-size it per user, rather than leaving everyone on a one-size-fits-all plan.
